Shrimp Creole - This New Orleans inspired dish is comprised of sauteed shrimp, onions, and peppers stewed down in a rich and spicy tomato sauce. This dish is served over rice and accented by a side of sweet corn.
Pineapple Almond Glazed Tilapia - A generous portion of tilapia fillets coated in a brown sugar and citrus sauce and then topped with fresh pineapples and blanched almonds. This dish is served over jasmine rise accented by a melody of seasonal vegetables lightly stir fried in olive oil.
Chicken Entrees:
Bahamian Steamed Chicken - This dish will make you feel like you’ve taken a trip to the Carribean Islands. This authentic Bahamian dish consists of seasoned, steamed chicken, stewed in tomatoes, onions, peppers, spices, and brown sugar. It is served over a bed of rice and accented by buttered cabbage.
Ginger Chicken - Ginger and garlic marinated chicken breast is topped with fresh mango salsa and served over a bed of jasmine rice with a melody of seasonal stir fried vegetables.
Beef Entrees:
Oxtails - In true Southern tradition, oxtails are stewed in your choice of tomato or brown gravy. It’s enough to make you miss your grandma! This dish is served over rice and pole beans flavored with onions and potatoes or a side of our buttered cabbage.
Steak Marsala - Succulent steak portions served in an authentic Marsala wine sauce. This dish can be served with rice and steamed asparagus, with a baked potato, or a stir fried vegetable melody. No matter what accent you choose, your taste buds will be sure to thank you
Pasta Entrees:
Fettuccini Alfredo - warm fettuccini noodles are covered in a thick layer of homemade garlic alfredo sauce with your choice of chicken, shrimp, fish, or tofu. This dish is served with steamed broccoli and garlic bread.
Lasagna - This popular Italian dish features layers of pasta, marinara sauce, a blend of four cheeses, and your choice of ground beef, ground turkey, t.v.p. or tofu. This entree is served with steamed broccoli and garlic bread.
